1. Scope
This policy applies to OnlineGraphing.com, its language versions and the online mathematics tools provided on the site.
It does not govern independent websites or services reached through external links.
2. Information we process
The graphing workspace is designed to process formulas, drawings, inserted images and project files in your browser. These items are not sent to Online Graphing unless you choose to include them in an email.
When you contact us directly by email, your email provider and ours process the sender and recipient addresses, message headers, subject, message content and any attachments needed to deliver and answer your email.
The web server, hosting provider or content-delivery and security services may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time and security events in ordinary access logs.
The Contact page only provides a direct email link. The website does not receive any contact information until you choose to send an email from your own email service.
3. How information is used
We use information received by email to answer questions, investigate reported problems and improve the tools and documentation.
Technical information may be used to operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect availability and security.
We do not sell personal information received by email.
4. Cookies and local browser storage
WordPress and the tools may use essential cookies or local browser storage for security, interface preferences and project-related browser functions.
Analytics or advertising services may use additional technologies only when those services are enabled on the site. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable settings.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers needed to host, secure, deliver and maintain the website, and by the email providers used to send and receive direct contact messages.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or defend the site and its services.
6. Retention and security
Emails may remain in the relevant mailboxes for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history or meet legal obligations, and may then be deleted.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and questions
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you sent by email, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Email [email protected] and provide enough information to identify the relevant message without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
